Alissa Davis

Specializing in the development and implementation of customer service and support systems, Senior Vice President of Customer Satisfaction Alissa Davis is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of customer care at CreditUpdates.com. The company, Credit Updates which is hosted at CreditUpdates.com provides comprehensive service offerings including credit monitoring and fraud protection, has achieved a great deal of success within the financial services industry due in large part to the customer service programs instituted by Alissa B. Davis.

What are some things that you love?

In my professional life, I love the fact that every day brings another opportunity to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and support to rectify whatever issue they happen to be dealing with. Every day is challenging and entirely unique, and that brings me a great deal of joy.

What’s your favorite T.V. show?

I’ve really enjoyed “The Last Man on Earth,” and its way of dealing with dark humor, but I’m more likely to read a book or listen to a podcast when I have some downtime at home.

What are your aspirations in life?

I’m proud of what I have achieved in my academic and professional careers, but my professional aspirations have much more to do with improving the services we offer to our customers than pursuing any awards or accolades, individual or otherwise. Professional recognition is undeniably nice, but I feel most gratified by the recognition that comes directly from the customers who provide us with such valuable feedback regarding our reporting, monitoring and support services.

How could you improve your business?

We feel very good about the quality of all the services we are able to provide to customers, but we are always looking into any possible strategy to improve those services. In my opinion, the best resource we have at our disposal to achieve consistent improvements comes from customer feedback. This is why we have worked so hard to keep open lines of communication and to find creative ways to act on the exceptional feedback our customers provide.

What motivates you every day?

I recognize how fortunate I am to be in such a rewarding position in which I am able to work so closely with our customers, and I have always felt a deep sense of intrinsic motivation when it comes to my role as the senior vice president of customer satisfaction. I find myself looking forward to each and every day of work just knowing that I will have so many opportunities to help customers achieve a financial goal or resolve a pressing credit issue.
