What do you do in your spare time?

The first thing I do in my spare time is to spend as much of it as possible with my two young sons. I also enjoy reading, researching new medical trends, and cooking with my wife. My family also spent a number of months living in Hawaii, so whenever I am near the Ocean, I do my best to try and Surf!

What’s your favorite type of food?

My go too food is Seafood, but I also love the flavors and sophistication of Thai and Indian foods. For snacking I always make sure to eat as much fresh fruits and veggies as I can.

What’s the best advice you have ever received?

This one is simple. Tell your wife you love her every day and give her a reason why.

What’s your favorite thing about working in your industry?

Watching positive changes take place in people’s lives and having that be an impetus for them to change the trajectory of their lives. I love when a patient comes back to as excited about their health as I am. It never gets old.

What did you learn from your biggest failure?

I learned to become more humble, re-envision myself and my journey, correct mistakes, and try even harder. I believe that persistence and dedication are the backbones of success, and that each failure leads us towards our next triumph.
