1. What are your favorite books?
There are three book in particular that stand out in my mind: “The Intelligent Investor,” by Benjamin Graham; “Capital,” by Peter L. Bernstein; and “The Theory of Investment Value,” by John Burr Williams. Each one provides critical insight regarding key economic and investment principles, and even though some of these books were published anywhere from 25 to 75 years ago, they still contain remarkably relevant information and possess tremendous value for all investors.
2. What’s your favorite film?
In the rare instances in which I wasn’t studying what seemed like every possible economic theory published over the past century, I enjoyed reading Ian Fleming’s novels and subsequently developed an affinity for all of the James Bond movies based on those novels. Like most fans of the 007 series, I tend to prefer the Sean Connery-era James Bond films, but I have really enjoyed the portrayals of Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig in recent years.
3. What can you look forward to in the future?
There is quite a bit I am currently looking forward to, especially since Filippini Wealth Management is in a great position for sustainable growth and is therefore poised to help an even greater number of clients achieve their individual financial goals and establish a sense of stability and long-time security.
4. What’s one thing you’ve learned since you started your career?
I’ve learned so much about the importance of developing a balanced and consistent approach to leadership and how nothing is more important than striving to meet the needs of the client through effective and individualized wealth management strategies. I’ve also learned that there are few things as gratifying as when a client expresses gratitude for all the efforts we make in developing the best possible strategy and delivering consistently outstanding results.
5. What are you most proud of?
I have a lot to be proud of and I owe quite a bit of my success to all the support I have received over the years and the loyalty demonstrated by everyone I have been fortunate enough to work with through Filippini Wealth Management over the course of my time serving as president. Although it is difficult to single out just one point of pride, there is no doubt in my mind that I am immensely proud of what we have been able to achieve for our clients. This is especially the case due to the fact that those results contribute to establishing the short- and long-term financial security of the clients we value so dearly.
