John Anderson

John Anderson, the owner of Freedom360, lives happily and peacefully on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and two children. Mr. Anderson spends his time by meeting with other property investors, helping investors and entrepreneurs reach their goals and when he’s not walking along the beach near his home, Mr. Anderson enjoys doing property market research using an extensive array of special tools.

What are some things that you love?

I love walking along the creek and swimming in the ocean near my house. I love spending time with my family and reading books. I aim to read a book a week. I like reading about business, wealth creation, history and psychology.

What’s your favorite film?

I’m a big fan of the Godfather and The Matrix part 1.

What is the best advice you ever received?

“Every day, get moving,” and that’s from Tony Robbins. Whether it’s going for a brisk walk or exercising, you have to keep moving every day to stay in an upbeat state.

What’s your favorite thing about working in your industry?

I love meeting such incredible people. I met a guy recently whose whole business was doing land subdivisions and he splits blocks into two and makes a good living—about 500k this year. He’s an ex truck driver and that really inspires me.

What did you learn from your biggest failure?

There’s always hope. There are often people around who will help you get up again so you should be around to help others get up again.
