Matt Thibeau – Digital Marketing Consultant

Matt Thibeau is a 22-year-old entrepreneur and digital marketing consultant from Ottawa, Ontario. Growing up, all Matt wanted to do with his life was have fun, and ride his bike. While attending University for a communications degree, Matt discovered the world of internet marketing.

After many failures and countless hours of studying marketing, Matt was able to create a successful online business selling various health and dieting eBooks on Amazon and blogs.

After his graduation, Matt worked at a local tech startup as a digital marketing coordinator. It was at this time that he realized his passion was helping business owners with his marketing skills.

He soon quit his job, and started his own online marketing agency; helping other business owners with marketing. Today, this remains to be the forefront of his focus and passion in business and life.

What’s your favorite film?

There are so many films I have watched that have really inspired me in business… But my favourite? I think I would have to say “The Wolf Of Wallstreet”. Yes, there’s a lot of bad stuff going on in there aha, but that film was something I needed to see when I was getting into business.

It motivated me. It opened my eyes to the fact that anyone (despite where they came from in the socioeconomic latter) could get rich and create wealth for themselves.

What are your aspirations in life?

I have huge goals. My business goals are to be one of the top digital marketing experts in the world. I want to build an empire. I want to create massive results for my clients, and for myself.

Aside from business, my aspiration in life are total freedom. I want to be able to go anywhere in the world, for however long I want. That’s the beauty of having a location independent business. You can be anywhere!

What’s your favorite thing about working in your industry?

I love being a consultant because I love working with people. There is no better feeling than hearing about the amazing results I have created for my clients and hearing the excitement in their voices. I love helping others win, so we all win!

What’s one piece of advice you can share with others?

Don’t reinvent the wheel. Your only job as an entrepreneur should be to solve other peoples problems. The bigger the problem, the more you’ll get paid. That’s it!
