Jason Vander Griendt – Founder of Render 3D Quickly

Jason Vander Griendt of Render 3D Quickly is widely recognized as an innovator and industry leader by clients and peers alike, largely due to his client-centered and detail-oriented efforts in creating 3D architectural renderings, animations and virtual reality walk through tours. In his role with Render 3D Quickly, Vander Griendt works with clients from all over the world, helping contractors, builders, homeowners, real estate companies, developers, designers, and architects, along with countless others seeking a unique, high-quality rendering or visualization.

What are some things that you love?

I love to travel! Currently I’m typing in a villa I rented for a few weeks at the top of a mountain in Lake Como, Italy. I can see the Swiss Alps on the horizon and the Italian country side in front of me from this terrace. In the last month I’ve been to 22 countries all over Europe visiting people I work with online. I think it’s important to always have that personal touch with people you’ve been working with or doing business with for a while. I love how online business allows me to work anywhere!

What’s your favorite type of food?

Toronto is a very diverse city with a multitude of international culinary influences, so I’m very fortunate to have so many wonderful options available to me right in my home city. With that being said, nothing beats a traditional meal in the actual country!

What can you look forward to in the future?

I’m looking forward the Virtual Reality explosion in the real estate and architecture industry! I don’t think its full potential is realized yet and as it becomes more and more mainstream I feel that Render3DQuickly Inc. is very well positioned to capitalize on that movement. I have been working hard to build a large team that can satisfy this rapid growth in the industry. I’d argue that we have the largest VR team in the world!

What’s your favorite thing about working in your industry?

I like how real estate and architecture will never go away. Technology will change but people will always need a place to live and Render3DQuickly Inc. are the industry leaders in helping people visualize their property using the latest technology.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

My company is known for remarkably quick turnaround times, but we never sacrifice the overall quality of the work for the sake of speed. This is partly due to a personal pet peeve of mine, as it bothers me that people are willing to compromise the quality of their work in the name of a quick turnaround time. Throughout my professional career, I’ve worked hard to develop strategies that make it possible to produce truly exceptional work in a brief timeframe. It is my hope that other professionals make a similar commitment by refusing to sacrifice quality in exchange for expediency.
