What do you do in your spare time?

I love to coach my oldest daughters’ soccer teams. Working with kids is rewarding. It’s also great to be able to get to know my daughters’ friends and their families. Our family also spends as many weekends as possible traveling around Florida. We visit theme parks, beaches, and natural recreation areas. We love to make memories together. I also enjoy golf and playing sports with my friends.

What’s your favorite type of food?

Seafood is my favorite. Living in Broward County, the ocean is close by and accessible. The local catches of snapper and bluefish are always the best, though I also love lobster, oysters, and clams. I also love traditional steakhouse fare. There are many great steak places in Fort Lauderdale and all around the area. The number of awesome restaurants spoils us. No matter what kind of food you’re looking for, you can find it in Broward County.

What are your aspirations in life?

Probably the same as most people’s aspirations. I want to have a happy family, a comfortable life, and professional success. I would also like to extend the reach of my company to more parts of Florida. I feel like our combination of responsive service, and quality installation would be successful anywhere.

On a personal level, I always try to give back to the community. I take community service very seriously. Our company provides funding for some different organizations, and I volunteer my time coaching soccer. My personal belief is that success is not complete without sharing your wealth with those who are less fortunate or experiencing difficulties.

What is your favorite thing about working in your industry?

I get a lot of satisfaction out of knowing that I’m helping the residents of South Florida stay cool and comfortable. I love living here, but without air conditioning, it would be tough to get by during the warmer months. I like knowing that if a customer calls my business at any time, their problem will be solved quickly. Satisfying the customer is what our business is all about.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is unreliable people. When people make commitments, they should honor them. When I have to deal with an unreliable person, it just wastes my time. When a person is unreliable, I feel like I can’t trust them with important tasks or information. I make sure that all of my employees are trustworthy and reliable, so our customers will never be disappointed.
